The Provincial Council highlights opportunities for entrepreneurship in the province at the Horizonte Empresarial event

The president of the Provincial Council of Jaén, Juan Latorre, spoke at the Horizonte Empresarial event, promoted by the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Jaén (AJE-Jaén), where he stressed the importance of supporting those who launch a business project.
The Horizonte Empresarial meeting, promoted by the Asociación de Jóvenes Empresarios de Jaén (AJE-Jaén), has been held in the city of Jaén with the aim of spreading business culture among young people. The president of the Diputación Provincial de Jaén, Juan Latorre, took part in it, together with the president of AJE-Jaén, Rocío Uceda, and the deputy for Employment and Enterprise, Luis Miguel Carmona.
Talks and contents
The event included several talks given by experts in digital transformation and entrepreneurship. Among the topics addressed are artificial intelligence and tools for business innovation. Experiences of entrepreneurs were also presented.
Support for young entrepreneurs
According to Latorre, public administrations, such as the Diputación de Jaén, must accompany and help those who decide to launch a business idea. The president of the Diputación has stated that «in Jaén, any young person, anyone who wants to start a business here, must have that red carpet for entrepreneurship».
For her part, Uceda has explained that the training event «is focused on inspiring young entrepreneurs to look beyond their day-to-day lives and find new horizons». The event is part of an AJE-Jaén project in which the Diputación participates to spread business culture among young people.
