The Alfonso Sánchez Herrera fairground hosts the closing of the San Lucas Fair 2026 on Sunday, October 18 at 21:30, a show of 350 drones by the company UMILES inspired by festivals around the world.
The Feria de San Lucas 2026 ends this Sunday, October 18, with a show of 350 drones by the company UMILES. The show will begin at 21:30 at the Alfonso Sánchez Herrera fairground and will revolve around the theme "Fiestas del mundo".
Where to watch it
To follow it with the best visibility, the Patronato municipal de Cultura recommends positioning yourself at the Paseo de Caballos within the fairground itself. Entry is free, as it is an open event within the grounds.
Fifty more drones than last year
It is the second consecutive time that UMILES has performed in the city of Jaén. On this occasion the show will feature 50 more drones than at the previous fair, with figures designed specifically for this show.
The Councillor for Culture, María Espejo, has stated that "we are proud because we are bringing to the city a silent, combustion-free technology that drastically reduces noise pollution and eliminates the emission of chemical waste, allowing people with sound hypersensitivity, children, the elderly and pets to enjoy this festive closing in a safe and comfortable environment".
The commercial director of UMILES, Ernesto Albacete, has explained that "returning to Jaén and doing so during a celebration as important as the Feria de San Lucas is a very special opportunity for us". The proposal, according to Albacete, seeks to bring to the sky "that spirit of celebration that so many cultures share".
Who is behind it
The show is sponsored and organised by the Patronato municipal de Cultura. UMILES is a pioneering company in Spain and Europe in drone shows, with the capacity to execute shows of up to 7,000 devices and a presence in more than 15 countries.
