Last Sunday of April: pontifical mass on the esplanade of the Santuario and procession of the Virgen with the affiliated brotherhoods in order of seniority. It is a day of Papal Blessing with plenary indulgence. As every year, the reception of brotherhoods in Andújar would be on Friday, April 23, and the ascent to the Santuario on Saturday, April 24; the 2027 program has not yet been published. The pilgrimage has been a Bien de Interés Cultural since 2013.
