Rigoletto comes to the Teatro Infanta Leonor on November 8 as part of the 27th Autumn Festival

The opera Rigoletto will be performed on Sunday, November 8 at 19:00 at the Teatro Infanta Leonor in Jaén. The event is part of the 27th Jaén Autumn Festival, organized by the Patronato municipal de Cultura.
A large-scale production
According to the Ayuntamiento de Jaén, the proposal arises from the collaboration between the Hesperian Symphony Orchestra and Producciones Telón. It will bring together symphonic music, operatic voices, choir and staging. The musical direction is by Antonio Ariza.
The councillor for Culture and Tourism, María Espejo, has stated that with Rigoletto "we will have the opportunity to experience opera live at the Teatro Infanta Leonor with the tension and drama of this story by Verdi that combines power and great sensitivity".
Tickets
The manager of the Hesperian Symphony Orchestra, Alfonso Lozano, has indicated that around 600 tickets have already been sold and that few remain. The last ones can be purchased on the event listing in the JaénYa agenda, which includes the venue, time and price.
The orchestra's career
Lozano has detailed that the orchestra has accumulated a hundred performances on national and international stages, with operas such as Aída, La Traviata, Carmen or Nabucco. He has also recalled that Rigoletto was already performed in Jaén years ago and that it now returns with a different staging.
