The district of Las Casillas hosts the meeting «Rural women free from gender-based violence. My body, my life, my decisions», organised by the Department of Equality of Martos on the occasion of the International Day of Rural Women.
The day combines community gathering and awareness-raising actions: after the reading of the manifesto, breakfast will take place, and at eleven there will be a talk and workshop led by the psychologist and sexologist Carmela Cobo Soto. The closing will be at 13:00 hours.
Two buses have been arranged, one from Martos and another from Monte Lope Álvarez, to make attendance easier. Registration is done through the women's and neighbourhood associations or at the Municipal Centre for Information for Women.
